GoGetSale and the environment

At GoGetSale we strongly believe that forests and trees are a crucial part of life on Earth, from maintaining biodiversity and cleaning the air and water, to providing basic human needs and contributing to culture and recreation.

That is why we focus on reducing and recycling waste, encouraging public rather than private transport for our employees, and being conscious of the energy we use on a day to day basis. We love and care for the environment and know that we need to help protect what we have for a better future.

We think of our community as a forest of Sequoia Trees.

When an individual joins GoGetSale they are actually joining one of our many trees. Built around the structure of a Sequoia tree, every GoGetSale member finds a role within their Sequoia Tree Network depending on who invited them to join. 

The founding member of a tree is the Trunk. Anyone the Trunk invites to join becomes a Branch. Those members invited into GoGetSale by a Branch are Twigs. Those invited by Twigs complete the tree as Leaves. 

As with all living networks the Leaves in the Sequoia Tree Network have the opportunity to become a Twig and each Twig to become Branch and each Branch has the opportunity to become a Trunk and to create its own Sequoia Tree Network.

In the future we will build a forest called the GoGetSale Forest which will reflect our network system as well as help regulate the temperature and air quality. Planting trees is one of the most effective ways to bring about widespread improvement in the environment and the quality of life of an area.

Trees remove from the atmosphere great quantities of carbon dioxide and they provide constant supply of oxygen.
